Information we collect

When you request a quote, book an activation or subscribe to our updates, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, organization, event date, venue and any notes about what you want Andy to do.

When you pay for a booking, card details are entered directly with our payment processor. Nex1Robotics never sees or stores full card numbers.

We also collect basic technical information automatically — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location and device type — to understand how the site is used.

How we use your information

To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes, to schedule and coordinate your event, to process payments and send receipts and confirmations, and to keep records required for accounting and insurance.

If you opt in, we may send occasional emails about availability, activation ideas and seasonal offers. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.

Photos and video at events

Activations are public by nature and we may photograph or film Andy at work for our portfolio and social channels. Tell your coordinator before the event if you would prefer we do not capture or publish content from your booking, and we will honour that.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the booking work — payment processing, scheduling, email delivery and hosting — and only to the extent they need it, or where the law requires disclosure.

Data retention and security

Booking and enquiry records are kept for as long as we need them for service, tax and insurance purposes, then deleted. We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect the information we hold, though no online service can promise perfect security.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Reach us using the contact page or by phone and we will action the request.

Children

Andy performs at schools, churches and family events, but this website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Bookings are made by an adult organizer.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the effective date below.
